Welcome to Graduation Station 2024! This page is the dedicated information page for all things graduation for our K5 & 8th grade families. Please be sure to read each area thoroughly and come back to the page weekly for updates. We cannot wait to celebrate with all of our AIP graduates and families!!! Now Let's Take Off!!!
GRADUATION FEES
COST: $125 (Non-Refundable)
COVERS: Cap, Gown, Tassel, Photos, Graduation Events & Venue
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Graduation fees are billed in January 2024. The graduation fee may not be broken into "al la carte" payments.
*Graduation items will not be ordered without received payment. Delay in payment may cause items to not be delivered on time. All financial accounts must have a zero balance in order for students to participate in graduation festivities.*
GRADUATION ATTIRE
YOUNG LADIES: All white dress, white dress shoes (closed toe), white socks or tights (K5), white or flesh tone stockings (8th)
YOUNG GENTS: White collared button down dress shirt, black slacks, black dress shoes, black socks, black tie or bow tie
8th GRADE ABOVE & BEYOND DAY!!!
8TH Grade Above & Beyond Day is a special activity chosen by the graduation class that is not included in the graduation fee package.
Location: Cumberland Mall, Round 1
Date: 3/13/2024
Time: 10:0am-2:00pm (students will need to be on time to school for departure)
Cost: $50 (students will bring money with them in cash)

GRADUATION PHOTOS
DATE: 4/15/2024
ATTIRE: Graduation Attire (attire listed above)
TIME: All photos will be taken from 9am-11am
SPECIAL NOTES: All graduates will need a bag with a change of clothing. Clothing change should be the attire specific to the AIP uniform schedule*
K5 GRADUATION OUTING
DATE: 4/18/2024
TIME: 11:00AM-2:00PM
LOCATION: Chuck-E- Cheese Douglasville, GA
*Parents are invited to come to the party location at 11am. Parents will pay separate from students. Student party cost is covered by AIP. Party table is for AIP students and staff. Students must attend am portion of school.
GRADUATION PACKET PICK UP
DATE: 5/6/2024
TIME: 2:00PM-5:00PM
LOCATION: Library
PACKAGE: Cap, Gown, Tassel, 5 Tickets, & Photos
SPECIAL NOTES: All packets must be signed for. No additional tickets are available. Parents may work with other AIP parents to acquire additional tickets.
8TH GRADE GRADUATION DINNER
DATE: 5/15/2024
TIME: 7:00PM-9:00PM
COST: $45 per guest (Graduate cost is covered by AIP)
LOCATION: TBD
ATTIRE: All graduates and guest should be in business attire
GUEST: Invitation is for 4 guest per graduate.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: All meals must be paid for in advance. An RSVP link will be available beginning 4/15/24-4/30-24
GRADUATION REHEARSAL
DATE: 5/17/2024
TIME: 5:30-8:00pm
LOCATION: Welcome Hill Baptist Church, 5601 Story Road, Powder Springs, GA 30127
SPECIAL NOTES: Parents and/or guardians will not be admitted into the graduation rehearsal. Bring Cap, Gown, Stole, and Tassel on a hanger to the rehearsal. Graduates will need to have dinner prior to rehearsal. Graduates will need a small bottled water for rehearsal. Graduates MUST be present for the full rehearsal.

LOCATION: Welcome Hill Baptist Church, 5601 Story Road, Powder Springs, GA 30127
ATTIRE: Graduates should be in their graduation dress clothes (not cap and gown, see above).
RECEPTION: Due to location availability a formal reception will not be held.

SPECIAL NOTES: Balloons and noise makers are not authorized inside of the venue.
