4 PAPERTOWEL ROLLS, 4 BOXES OF KLEENEX, 3 BOTTLES OF HAND SOAP (NO SANITIZER), 2 ClOROX WIPES, 4 PACKS OF FLUSHABLE BABY WIPES, 1 PACK OF MULTI-COLOR CONSTRUCTION PAPER,  2 PACKS OF WHITE COPY PAPER, & 1 LARGE ZIP LOCK BAG (LABELED WITH THE STUDENTS NAME) WITH A FULL SET OF UNIFORM CLOTHES FOR ACCIDENTS, UNIFORM CLOTHES DO NOT REQUIRE EMBROIDERY.

WEEKLY: 1 TOWEL OR SMALL BLANKET FOR NAPS 

DAILY: 1 LABELED FULL WATER BOTTLE, 2 SNACKS FOR MORNING AND PM SNACK TIME.
